Teaching Seminars:
Modules on Holistic Christian Living and Spiritual Formation, drawing from the spiritual heritage and traditions of the Christian faith.
- Half day seminar
- Full day seminar
- Teaching series
The spiritual heritage of the Christian faith is rich and varied. Christianity began 2000 years old with the preaching and teaching of Jesus. The living Christ continues to encounter individuals in each subsequent generation. Various Christians through the ages have wrestled, reflected and written about these experiences.
The teaching seminars introduce the riches of these traditions. Through these lenses, the seminars offer insights and critique for contemporary Christian living. Christian writings contain rich wisdom and insights on the growth of the soul. They are rich references for living our faith with authenticity and integrity to witness to the truth that Jesus transforms lives.

Special Programmes: Lenten Devotional Series, Seminar & Retreat Series (NEW)
Today, our observance of Good Friday and Easter comes and goes too quickly.
Lent is a church tradition of 40 days of fasting, prayer (almsgiving too) that prepares the Christian for the resurrection of Christ. We dwell longer and deeper, the better to enter into the passion and resurrection of our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ.
Ser Choon has written 3 books of Lenten meditations. The first book On the Cross Road was published in 2005. It captured the walking seminar that Jesus conducted as He and his disciples journeyed to Jerusalem. The second book In the Upper Room continues the story of Jesus in the more intimate setting of the Upper Room. The last in the series A New Journey With Jesus is based on the Acts of the Apostle. It continues the story of Jesus but through the witness of the Spirit and the Apostles.
(1) Personal Observation
Individual Christians can use this Lenten series in a 3 year period to establish the discipline of preparing for Easter.
(2) Church Lenten Programme: Sermons, Seminars and Retreat
Churches can adopt this series to establish church members in this discipline of observing Lent. We desire that through cultivating this spiritual discipline, individual Christians and churches will, in an annual rite of renewal, weep and rejoice, prepared in heart and spirit to appreciate deeply the two great acts of God’s love and power: the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Note:
3 churches have made used of this Lenten programme. Write to us if you are interested to adopt this Lenten programme for your church.
